Chapter 2 - Veronica In the Dental Chair

Veronica waited the 20 minutes again taking a sec to look at the picture in the book one more time, she then walked downstairs to the surgery. As she approached the front door to ring the surgery bell a pink sticky was stuck to the bell. Written in a feminine hand it said. “Veronica please come in and sit in the waiting area still I come

For you” “P.S please lock the door as you come in since we are closed.”

Veronica pulled the pink sticking note off the bell noting what nice writing Judy had, and why opened the door to the dental surgery. The air smelled of antiseptic the classic smell all dental offices have. She then locked the door as instructed making sure to put the anti open hinge on. She then turned passing a coat rack and walking into a small waiting area with several chairs, and a small receptionist desk. At the far end was a door painted medical green that said Dental Surgery. A sign mounted on the wall beside it said “Please wait to be called” with a smiling tooth cartoon beside it.

Veronica ideally took out her phone checking on Instagram seeing if her friends had sent her any reactions to her last run of reels she sent. It felt like at least another 10 minutes went by while she waited.

Suddenly the door opened partially and Judy’s voice called “Veronica please come in sorry it took a little longer to get everything set up.” Veronica got up and opened the door fully the smell of dental antibiotics and latex hitting her strongly past the door. Veronica found herself in a short hallway with 3 doors spread down the hall before the hall turned “come this way Veronica” Judy called from further down the hall. As Veronica walked down the hall she passed the 3 open doors with the standard dental chair, light and equipment in these rooms. Everything was turned off dark and silent. As she rounded the slight bend further up the hall she saw a door marked Dental Surgery 2. It was slightly open and light and sounds could be heard inside. “In here Veronica come, on in and we can get started” Judy’s cheerful voice called from inside the room.

Veronica opened the door and entered Dental Surgery 1, In the centre of the room a large and wide dental chair stood in vibrant purple overhead a large surgical light was mounted. But her attention was drawn to what was near by against the wall the nitrous oxide machine. It was smaller then Veronica had imagined a medium sized square box on wheels with a digital panel along with several gauges and levers in chrome, and taking up the entire bottom of the machine, with hoses connected to the machine was a cluster of several green and red tanks. She supposed that was for the nitrous oxide gas machine. She followed the main hose as it coiled from the machine ending in a small purple nasal mask, which looked like it would fit perfectly over her nose. 

She felt herself getting warm and quickly looked away taking in the rest of the room which otherwise was mostly standard items. The articulated arms waited around the chair with the connection area for powered tools, that currently only helped the water and air tool, and a tray for instruments. The tray currently held only a mirror and a couple explorer pick. She saw other equipment around the edges of the room, like a mobile computer and an X-ray unit, as well as a larger mobile dental tray. Pushed into the far corner was patient heart rate monitor with a basket of wires, electrodes, beside it was an empty IV stand. The most interesting different thing she observed about the room was that most of equipment could be moved almost anywhere in the room thanks to a mobile track system that ran on the ceiling.

Judy Preston greeted Veronica as she entered. In one hand she held a large red rubber bib, and with the other hand she began firmly guiding her towards the chair. “Sorry I kept you waiting Veronica let’s get you nice and comfy in the chair, and we can get started” Veronica saw Judy had changed her attire now wearing a full length green surgical gown tied tightly at the back so that it gave prominence to her ample breasts. She also wore a long green latex apron to complete the alluring surgical outfit. Interestingly Judy still wore the black seamed stockings and high heels, under her surgical gown, and her hair was in a tight bun. The final touches were a surgical face mask which was loosely tied under her chin. “Hop into Veronica, and we’ll get started.” She was still smiling but Veronica was starting to feel apprehensive and started worrying about her teeth “what would Judy find?”.

“We’ll take a look and see what is causing you that tooth sensitivity Veronica and what ever it is I promise you we can fix it.” Judy got Veronica comfy in the large dental chair. Then she very quickly, placed the large red rubber bib around her neck, and attached it to the back of the chair and sides of the chair via clips. She then adjusted the dental chair so that it was reclined halfway.

As it reclined Veronica saw directly behind her, as if hidden from the patients view, was some less standard equipment she had missed. On a hook by the wall hung a long blue pad, covered with a web of velcro and nylon straps; some sort of restraint system she was sure, was that what they used for patients who where going to be uncooperative? What would that be like?

“I thought you were just going to have a quick look my teeth Judy, but it feels like you are planning something else?” Veronica said nervously. Judy Ignoring her question, suddenly pinned a heavy leather strap over Veronica’s arms trapping her wrists to the dental chair and tightening the strap at the sides of the chair. The combination of the heavy rubber bib and the leather strap meant that Veronica’s arms were now firmly pinned to her sides. Even if she wanted to get up now, she realized with a sense of alarm that she was effectively trapped in the dental chair.

“Veronica, I’m sorry but I could tell you where starting to get agitated and may fight me so I prepared his old set of patient restraints just in case.” “Normally I would use the modern papoose board, but had no time so this will work in a pinch for this session”“I think you may have some more serious teeth issues but we won’t know more till I take a full set of X-rays of your mouth.” “But I anticipate you will need some work after all it’s been well over a year you said.” “The restraints are just an extra precaution, as I will need both hands free to either use the tools or if I have to put you under.”

The alluring and beautiful Dental Nurse Judy Preston had taken on a distinctly different persona. Veronica had not expected this turn of events she hadn’t agreed to this, she thought starting to feel a little desperate but she couldn’t say anything. Miss Preston (Judy) then moved around to the front of the chair, smoothed down her long latex apron and checked that her hair was still in place. “Right young lady” she said, “There’s no getting out this, I’ll be performing a full examination of your teeth in just a few minutes.” She said as she pulled on a pair of long green surgical gloves. Giving the cuffs a long snap as she pulled them onto her hands, then with a final flourish she tied her surgical mask into position hiding her face so only her vibrant green eyes were visible.

The effect of the entire attire surgical outfit, and latex gloves caused Veronica to feel strangely a little aroused and somewhat terrified over what Judy had planned. She tired to hide the flush that was creeping up her face at this situation. Her mind kept thinking about the picture of the young girl under anesthesia and what that would be like did Miss Preston mean to put her under right now. Judy then turned a smile visible behind the surgical face mask as she walked over to Veronica and her blushing face.

“You seem to have a little thing about my surgical outfit Veronica, and maybe some other items she said touching Veronica’s cheek with a surgical gloved hand. Veronica smelled the strong smell of her surgical latex gloves feeling again more strange feels. “Hmm you also seem to like my surgical gloves, so I think my change in attire should help distract you during your examination.” She said with a pure to her voice and a flash of something more primal in her eyes.

Veronica felt a cold dread spread through her despite the warmth of the dental chair. Judy's words echoed ominously, there was no getting out of this now. She wasn't sure if she was more scared or aroused. The unknown fate of her dental exam, and the X-rays. Judy’s transformation from the beautiful and alluring dental hygienist nurse into a domineering green surgical figure.

Judy's surgical gloved hands reached for the dental mirror and explorer picks on the instrument tray, the glint of stainless steel sending shivers down her spine.

"Judy Please WWWait, I...I never agreed to anything more than a quick look." Veronica stammered Judy's smile, though obscured by the surgical mask, seemed to hold a hint of amusement. "Veronica please just relax" she said, her voice strangely soothing. "A full examination is necessary to determine the extent of your problems.'" She gestured to her mouth. Panic began welling up in Veronica chest. She wasn't prepared for this. The restraints, the intimidation surgical attire it was all a far cry from the friendly conversation and light dental cleaning she had anticipated. She tried to speak, but her voice came out as a tiny squeaky one. "ttthe ad, said it was a simple cleaning..." Judy's smile vanished. "The ad was simply to attract the best candidates, Veronica. Think of it as a screening process.” “And you, my sweet dear, look like you have the perfect amount of... apprehension and possible teeth issues to make this interesting."

Her words sent a jolt of terror through her. Interesting? What did she mean by interesting? Before she could form another question, Judy leaned closer, the surgical mask muffling her voice. "Now, let's see what secrets your teeth are hiding, shall we?" Veronica gave a small squeak of surprise as the dental chair suddenly lowered completely till she was looking up at the large surgical light. Judy hit a switch and suddenly Veronica was blinded by the large surgical light coming on. “Here these will help with the glare” Veronica felt a gloved hand hold her face and a pair of tinted sunglasses were placed on her face cutting off the glare.

Suddenly Judy was above her the effect of her leaning down in her surgical attire and latex apron again caused Veronica to feel rather strange and warm.

“Open up Veronica” she said gently tapping her chin with a surgical gloved hand the touch of Judy latex glove hand sent a little shiver down Veronicas spine. She opened her mouth with no further protest and sat in a stunned silence. “Lovely thank you Veronica I do like a cooperative patient at times” she teased with a very warm and sultry laugh. She then picked up a dental mirror and explorer pick from the tray and spent the next little while examining Veronica’s teeth. As Judy checked her teeth she would occasionally murmuring to herself as the tools clinked, tapped and picked inside Veronica’s mouth. Occasionally she would grab the air or water gun to squirt or blow air into Veronica mouth. As Judy checked her teeth Veronica tired not to wince or show pain as she knew she had at least 3 cavities as Judy picked at her teeth. But she refused to let that show to Judy as she worried what she would do if she did notice.

Judy then suddenly put the tools down on the tray and disappeared from over Veronica. Suddenly the light turned off and the chair raised halfway up and Veronica gave a small sigh of relief that it finally seemed to be over. Judy removed the glasses “Ok Veronica time to do some X-rays that way we can find out how many more cavities you have” Veronica gulped and tried to not panic as Judy walked away wondering what was she was in store for.
