It had been several months since Alex had been examined by Dr Glenn, the memory of which he had worked hard to suppress. Although the exam had been an exhilarating experience for Alex, he struggled with the idea that he had somehow been taken advantage of by some "dirty old man". While the thoughts of his experience caused him to shudder with a sense of filth, he couldn't help also feel a twinge of arousal. He knew he wasnt gay; he felt no attraction whatsoever to Dr. Glenn and even the thought repulsed him. A few weeks later, however, Alex received an email from Dr. Glenn requesting he schedule an appointment for a "follow-up" exam. The email was direct in stating that in order to maintain his status as a patient of Dr. Glenn, that the exam must be conducted. Having never secured private health insurance, Alex knew that he would have to make time to schedule his appointment with Dr. Glenn or be ineligible for college athletics.

Like his last appointment, Alex arrived at Dr. Glenn's office on saturday morning. He figured it would be easier to just get it over with and allow him plenty of time to enjoy the rest of is day. Dr Glenn met Alex at the door and the two exchanged pleasantries and Alex Followed the Dr into the exam room. As Dr Glenn opened the door, Alex was hit by a sudden feel of both dread and excitement. As he stepped into the room and saw the exam table, flashbacks to his previous exam rushed through his head. It was as if he could see himself stretched out on the table, nude with a pulsing erection as the doctors hands explored his athletic body. He wasnt sure what was about to happen but tried to calm his racing heart by telling himself that it was "just a follow-up" exam, it couldn't be nearly as extensive as his initial physical.

"Ok Alex, you know the drill" Dr. Glenn said as he motioned to the table. "Take everything off and have a seat on the table, Ill be right back with your file".

Alex knew what was expected. He pulled off his shirt and draped it over the back of the chair. He took a deep breath, still feeling a sense of the surreal that he was back in this brightly lit room about to take his clothes off for someone who was still essentially a stranger. Alex then kicked off his sneakers and slipped his gym shorts down, placing them over his t-shirt. He figured there was no need to wear underwear since he knew that there was no hope of keeping covered. His flaccid penis retracted slightly in the cold air of the exam room along with his smooth scrotum. He felt an odd sense of embarrassment at the size of his penis. A few swift knocks at the door and Dr. Glenn walked in. "all set Alex?" he asked in a cheery voice.

"I guess so, doctor?" Alex said with a questioning intonation. Alex still wasn't sure what the need for a follow-up exam exactly was.

Dr. Glenn sensing his confusion, informed Alex that this was going to be his sexual health and wellness exam.

" Given your age and sexual activity, I like to do a yearly sexual wellness exam, you know, just to make sure everything is going ok for you" Dr. Glenn said without further explanation.

"But wasn't that covered at my last exam, Dr? Alex said. He was both confused and felt a need to protest what he felt was an unnecessary exam.

"No, Alex. That was just a general physical. This exam will focus almost exclusively on your reproductive system as well as a full screening for any STDs"

The lump in Alex's throat returned as he pressed his hands in his lap, covering his timid and flaccid penis.

"well ok then, lets get going shall we?" Dr Glenn said as he removed his stethoscope from his coat pocket. "I'm just going to take some vitals and to a quick cursory check".

Dr. Glenn began to auscultate Alex's toned chest, listening to his racing heart as he moved to cold instrument around the boys muscular torso.

"Your heart rate is a bit high but that's understandable...deep breaths please" Dr. Glenn that placed his stethoscope on Alex's back noticing a slight quiver in his breath.

"Well everything sounds good, young man" Dr. Glenn said as he placed his stethoscope back in his coat pocket. "Just lay back for me please". The Dr placed his hand on Alex's upper back and guided him back as he pulled out the extension for the boy's legs. "I'm just going to press around your stomach ,ok? let me know if anything feels uncomfortable".

And there he was again, Naked, stretched out on the doctors exam table, his flaccid penis flopped over to the left side of his body as he focused on a singular point on the ceiling, the doctor methodically moving his hands and fingers around his sculpted abdomen. Alex knew that at any moment, his penis would begin to swell, ultimately reaching its full potential as Dr. Glenn advanced his touch ever closer to his groin. Yet to Alex's surprise, that seeming inevitability did not materialize. "have you ever experienced any pain or swelling around here, Alex?" Dr Glenn said as he continued to examine the boy's warm and slightly sweaty groin.

"No dr, never" Alex said while his eyes remained fixed on the ceiling above him.

"Ok, Good. Lets have you stand up please". Dr. Glenn stepped over to the counter and opened a drawer, removing a cloth tape measure approximately 2 feet in length. " I'm going to start your genital assessment now by taking some measurements of your penis and testicles. Just sand up on the step at the end of the table please".

Alex stood there watching the doctor wheel over that familiar stool as he took a seat directly in front of the young man's still flaccid penis. As he looked down, he watched as the dr placed the tape measure along the top of his penis, pulling the tape taught to get an accurate reading.

"5 1/8 inches" Dr. Glenn stated as he noted the results in Alex's file. "That's almost 2 inches longer than the average flaccid penis, young man" Dr. Glenn said with a hint of approval in his voice. Alex always knew that his penis was above average in size, but to have another person measure and comment on it, sent a slight twinge of excitement through him.

"Ok ,Alex just open your legs a little bit wider for me, I need to measure around your scrotum and the base of your penis".

Unable to move his feet apart without stepping off the platform, Alex pushed his knees out slightly while dropping into a slight squat. His penis and scrotum were now hanging freely between his legs as the doctor maneuvered the tape measure behind his scrotum pulling the two ends together at the base of his penis. "10 3/4 inches" Said Dr. Glenn as he made note of the measurement. Dr Glenn then returned to the counter, replacing his tape measure with some sort of metal ruler. "these are calipers, Alex. this will allow me to more accurately measure the width of your penis as well as the width and length of the glans."
