Dr. Baker loves his job as a specialist gynecologist. There's no obstretics about it for him -- his specialization was entirely around girls first exams, mainly athletes, always at least 18, and frequently about to travel or participate in sport.

Dr. Baker was known to be the world's best at this, and did his work on a global basis. He never saw a patient younger than 18, or older than 22. His forms emphasized his past successes, and the need for total compliance with the examination process, once started. If a health issue was rooted in the female parts, he was known for being able to find it.

His patients had a complex relationship with him as he never spaded discomfort, pain, or humiliation when there was even a tiny chance of improving the health of his patient.

Lily, today's patient, was special, like all of Dr. baker's patients. There was no one size fits all with him.

Lily is 18 years old, and wanted to participate in martial arts. She's originally from rural china, and the government had paid to fly Dr. Baker in to examine her because unknown pains were stopping her from performing as she wished.

Dr. Baker quickly received the approval of both Lily and the state, which was surprising to him. He needed to travel to all of his patients, so he had documented the exam in a way that he figured wouldn't appeal to the patient or the state

Nonetheless, after getting their approval and a call from lily, asking him to come quickly and diagnose her, he headed out to do his duty as a physician.

## meeting lily

Dr. Baker had arrived at the doctor's office in Lily's rural west china village. It did not look terribly well kept, but lily, her family and the mayor were there to greet Dr. Baker when he arrived.

Dr. Baker greeted Lily and was happy to learn she spoke excellent English.

To his surprise, the mayor, two local doctors, three nurses and six medical students took him and Lily to the examination room.

The team had followed Dr. Baker's instructions to the letter, so in the room, laid out on trays, were all of the tools he had requested. The examination table wasn't one with stirrups, and the knee crutches looked very adjustable.

Lily looked at the restraints and tools laid out across the room with fear -- seeing this, Dr. Baker asked her if she was sure she wished to continue - she did.

Next, Dr. Baker asked lily to remove her clothing. She took off her shirt and pants. Dr. Baker then told her to remove all of her clothes, and Lily complied.

Dr. Baker noticed that Lily had pubic hair, and asked the assistants if they had a shaving kit. One of them went out to get it, and he continued us to ask Lily the most personal questions possible, like if she had had sex, and of course, what her major complaint was, which turned out to be extremely painful periods.

Dr. Baker told her to stand with her chest to the wall.

Lily didn't do exactly what was needed, so the doctor pushed her breasts into the wall from her back and turned her head to the side, so he could check her spine, standing.

He of course used the opportunity to check her muscle tone - especially impressive buttocks. And while there, he spread them, noticed hair around the anus, and explained that needed to go as well.

He then took the largest rectal thermometer from the tray and told lily that she needed to have her temperature taken -- once she had been fully shaved.

He let her know that many of the things he would do to find her problem could cause her to jump about, and that the razor was also very sharp and any slip could cut her in a very sensitive place. So he let her know as gently as possible that it was time for her to get into the table and that from now forward, she would be restrained in various positions to ensure a thorough exam.

She nodded, and said I'm ready. Dr. Baker helped her onto the exam table, and helped her knees into the crutches. Since lily was pretty small, a good deal of adjustment was needed. At this stage, the doctor liked to make sure that patient feel safe and comfortable, so he took his time getting her bottom properly hanging off the table, and then expanded the crutches.

Lily began to glance nervously at the visitors.

She couldn't believe so many people would see her this way, but she knew something the doctor didn't: the exam was in part to copy Dr. Baker's techniques, known to be the finest. But that's about all she knew about that. She didn't know that the room contained about 100 different cameras. And that she was being latched from every angle, not only those who are there. Soon enough she would know about the cameras.

....speaking of cameras, Dr. Baker took the one that he had requested from the equipment tray, and let her know that before the restraints and shaving,he would photograph her body. He began with her vagina and anus, which stayed open due to the crutches, and then photographed her whole body. The reality is the entire session had been captured in the greatest detail, from every angle, and would continue to be. But Dr. Baker was unaware of this - only the mayor knew.

Once lily was positioned, Dr. Baker began to restrain her to the table -- a strap over the chest, and one over the hips, to ensure that detailed work could happen without a disastrous jump caused by pain.

An attendant then shaved lily's armpits, vaginal area, and anus, carefully.

Lily was shocked. Shaving was for prostitutes, she thought. Midway she asked why this was being done, and Dr. Baker let her know "with the hair, every body is different. Without it, every body is still different, but you can see the differences, and they're fewer"

The suds were washed off of lily, and Dr. Baker took up the thermometer again. He first put his index finger on her anus, and pressed till it entered, feeling her muscle tone, which was perfect, fitting for an athlete. He then said "prepare yourself" this will feel unusual, and took three fingers instead of one and pushed until she opened. She'd been smiling up until now, probably since a martial artist is used to their body.

Lily was no longer smiling.

Her face was one of distress, she could feel it, and couldn't move.

Dr. Baker pushed in all 3 fingers, and lily's whole body spasmed.

Then, he took the thermometer coated in irritating lubricant and drove it home -- 10" into lily.

She preferred the thermometer to the fingers, of course -- until the cayenne peppers got to work on her.

Her look fo shock returned, coupled with pain.

Dr. Baker then put a thermometer with irritating lubricant in her vagina, and a plan thermometer in her armpit, and one in her mouth for a total of four

He then noticed that hed forgotten to request a urethreal thermometer -- none of the participants had heard of this

He asked for a small oral thermometer, and told lily to brace herself. Finding her urethrea was not difficult, as she was spread so much. He spread her lower lips, put his other hand on her belly, patting it comfortingly, and then slowly pushed the thermometer in to her, for a total of five.

Lily, like most patients, began to cry a little. Dr. Baker let her know that this was one of the less painful / invasive procedures for today. He patted her belly again, and put a timer on for five minutes

For five minutes, lily, dr. Baker, and the audience watched lily's gorgeous toned body with five oversized thermometers everywhere a temperature can register.

Dr. Baker would occasionally spin the one in her urethrea, knowing it would hurt. When he did this, lily gave a shocked look and a scream.

After 5 minutes, all 5 temperatures were the same. Dr. Baker filled this our in his records.

He then helped lily further off the table, making sure her lower back touched the table, not her buttocks.

He checked her heartbeat -- over her heart, near her genitals, and on her throat, with his fingers and with the stethoscope. He also let Lily listen to each. She seemed to calm some.

Ok lily, you've been shaved, you have no fever, you seem to be healthy other than the pain that's brought you here. We are now going to begin the exam

Dr. Baker asked the assistants to wheel all of the trays around lily, and asked one of the doctors to explain each tool to her, as the exam proceeded

Dr. Baker began to palpate lily's gorgeous breasts. Big isn't the only thing that's beautiful. He started softly, knowing that this portion got much more challenging for the patient.

After a soft feel of each of her breasts, Dr. Baker asked for the clamps and needles. Lily looked like she would pass out.

The clinic had prepared every single item the doctor had asked for -- and a great deal more.

Lily's position was adjusted so that she was in a sitting position, and Dr. Baker let her know that this would begin the examination of her breasts.

Lily asked "will this hurt?"

Dr. Baker told her "yes, probably very much. You are still okay with proceeding?"

"What will you do?"

I will use these tools on this cart to learn about the state of your breast health:

* Development stage

* Sensitivity

* Irregular masses

In particular, I will be judging the sensitivity. This is the part that would not be done in a regular breast examination. When the breasts or nipples are insensitive, that can be a sign of health problems. Likewise, if they are too sensitive, that can indicate other issues.

"Okay, please check carefully for me."

Alright. Dr. Baker had brought a tool with him that would squeeze the breast from chest to nipple. He took it out, positioned the right breast in it, and began to adjust it tighter.

Lily winced, as he squeezed the device which pinched both breasts until as flat as possible.

He then asked for syringes, with thick needles.

Ok, now that your breasts are flattened, I will inject a serum visible in mammogram.

He drew the serum into the needles, and began with the left breast. Lily began to whimper, and then cry as he pushed the serum in.

"Relax lily, this isn't so bad"

Lily felt fire going through her breast.

He then repeated this on the right side. The audience looked on. Some tears came, and to her horror, the mayor came to comfort lily.

The clamps were removed, and lily relaxed a little bit.

Dr. Baker asked that she be re-positioned for the nipple sensitivity test, designed to learn Lily's nipple pain tolerance.

"This will hurt, that is the purpose of this test".

"I understand"

The doctor first squeezed lily's nipples between his fingers harder and harder.

He then clamped her nipples tightly, and said next, a few needle pricks.

He took needles, first very fine, and pushed into the nipple.

Lily, gasped, but could not move because of the restraints. Finally, the doctor was done.

Relieved, Lily smiled

Result: Lily, your breasts are of average sensitivity. That is great, and a normal result. While the solution works into your breasts, we will clean your bowels for examination, to prevent any embarrassing problems.

## Cleaning Lily

The doctor asked the assistants to release lily from the restraints, and asked lily to get on all fours with her rear pointed toward the doctor and those behind him. She immediately complied.

The front of the table was tilted downwards, and a foam triangle placed under her hips. She was then once again strapped to the table.

Lily had never been so embarrassed. There were ten people with a perfect view of her vagina and anus.

Dr. Baker began to introduce fingers again. Ok lily, you won't enjoy this but we will need to use this -- Dr. Baker picks up a double balloon enema nozzle to clean your insides. He demonstrated the inflation.

This particular device got quite large indeed. He first lubricated lily and then worked up to three fingers. Ok, now time to insert the cleanser.

As he did this, lily began to pant and whimper.

When it was seated, he first inflated the external balloon, which did not hurt her. Then he said "breathe" and began to inflate the internal balloon.

Water began to flow.

Lily complained of feeling full, but had to take the entire solution. By that time, she was panting and sweaty. She had never been so uncomfortable.

Dr. Baker asked the assistants to take her to dispel. With the tube still coming from her, Lily was brought to a toilet, and spent 10 minutes pushing the solution out.

Inside, she was now clean as a whistle.

Ok, Lily, Dr. Baker said as she entered the room in a gown. So, now that your intestines are clear, We can begin with your actual examination.

First of all, can you tell us a bit about any problems that you've been having. What I know for sure is that you're having a painful periods, can you tell us about it?

Shy, lily stammered that sometimes during her red days, she would cry from the pain.

The doctor let her know that this could be anywhere from something very serious to something that is not serious at all or no problem at all, just something she has to live with.

The doctor then turned to the room, and explained that for the next set of procedures, lily should be fully nude and attached to the table according to the specific directions that have been provided to the clinic.

Getting a little tired of being shy, Lily just handed her robe to one of the staff members and then realized that she was naked in front of basically all of the most prominent people from her village.

....and let's be clear, she is utterly gorgeous. Certainly no one prettier in her village and maybe not her province.

Lily has the body of an angel.

The staff had rearranged the table in a clear, but peculiar gyn manner:

* No body covering allowed, as clothing can mask physical responses

Lily is just standing next to the table, looking stunning, and scared, because a team of four male nurses was currently preparing her restraints, and of course having a look.

Lily was horrified with embarrassment, then.... Fear:

Dr Baker, always professional, came to her side and let her know that the tests and procedures being run today is the most extensive possible.

And also let her know that it would be very painful.

Well it can't be as bad as the pain on my red days, Lily says

Lily, I need to make clear to you that this will be more painful than your red days. Do you understand?

Not really actually, that's some of the worst pain that I can imagine. What will you be doing?

Well what we actually do is going to depend heavily on what we find as we proceed. Do you want to know anything about the diagnostic and treatment plan?

Well so I had a sign a large pile of papers, many of which mentioned pain and discomfort and now you are reminding me that this will be a very intense examination, yes, what will you do?

In a situation like yours Lily, I begin with a very thorough examination. By the way, how are you feeling all right? What I'd like to do is get you settled on the at sanding table. Is that okay with you?

Oh yes of course, she said.

Ok, just please step over here, and please sign this last document -- what it says, in short, is that you fully consent to today's procedures and understand that you'll need to be restrained as a safety precaution, sharp tools and sudden movements from pain don't make for a good combination.

Sure, ok

Lily signed the last document, and the nurses came up to her and helped her into the chair.

Once her legs were spread to their maximum, the nurses secured her legs with thick Velcro -- lily's legs could not be moved.

So, what I'm going to do first is actually just check your heart and very normal stuff that you've probably had at every doctor's exam, and the doctor takes out a stethoscope, has a brief listen, and let lily know that her heart is working beautifully.

The doctor made sure that he could keep eye contact and that it was not obstructed by lily's legs -- he then let her know to stretch, and worked to her legs into as wide a position as possible. And he her asks her, can you do 3cm more?

Well with her athletic lifetime, of course she pushed, and got those 3 cm. Those 3 cm were then immediately locked into the restraints and could never be gotten back, at least not by Lily.

Her immaculate body was fully on display.

Her thighs were kept upward in the stirrups, which met her at the knees.

Okay so Lily here's what we normally do, at first because you're a virgin, we will be doing a rectal exam. But then also, because you are experiencing so much pain, we are going to need to use several rather large specialized speculums to check your vagina and cervix.

Please get the rectal examination kit.

Because her chest and head were sitting up, lily could see everything. Dr Baker began with a manual external exam, checking lily's anus carefully and let her know -- ok I will begin a more serious exam, you'll feel me touch you -- And touching it, working three fingers into her rectum. Lily was already looking pretty upset, little did she know that there was far more.

The doctor then asked for the cart with the rectal examination tools, which was wheeled over. There were a number of metal instruments, Lily didn't know what they were. The doctor then picked up a rather small one, and said this is speculum, we will use it to examine inside your rectal area.

He also let her know that the one he was holding was too small. He let her know that he would be using adult large sizes for her examination so that he could see everything. Lily didn't really like this idea, but was strapped to a table.

The doctor then took a very large and scary looking contraption with four duck bills.

The entire contraption could fold down, presumably for entry. There were a lot of clanking sounds as the device was lubricated by the nurses.

I'm going to begin to insert this into you now, and Lily, logan beautiful and terrified, said okay, please be gentle. The doctor let her know that he could not be gentle, but instead thorough.

He began to push the speculum against your anus and you noticed that the thing is really changing. The doctor then asks you to close her eyes and relax, and then actually began to push in Earnest. Like most women her age, Lily began to sweat from the pain then maybe from the fear.

Thing is, the speculum was nowhere near "in".

Ok Lily it seems you have a very small passage back here, it is no problem and not even abnormal but please, lock eyes with me.

When lily put her eyes on his, he said "go" and pushed the unopened device into her successfully. The doctor was happy, this hadn't brought the patient to tears.

The next step almost certainly would.

Okay, just going to open this up and have a look with this flashlight here. Dr Baker then began to adjust the screw on on the speculum, and a film crew came in.

They said that they were here to study before in medicine, but in fact, they looked very much like Willie's classmates. Oops. They were Lily's classmates but we're going to specialize in medical later.

She couldn't move.

So she smiled.

The film crew wasted no time even moving toward her to fully document her genitals and body position.

All the while, the speculum is in her, but not open. The doctor said okay we open it now

And he began to adjust the metal screw toward the fully open position, but figured they might not be able to get there today

The sensation in Lily's body was like nothing she had ever felt before, the device in her backside was growing and growing and it didn't stop. Lily, don't take your eyes away .

Lily looked at the doctor and the doctor began to adjust the screw again. By halfway, lily was in tears silently running down her face. The doctor asks her to look only at him.

And, the screw!

Oh, it hurt and felt like something was invading her insides.

Dr. Baker looked over lily's gorgeous body, and feels bad for her pain but happy to help her get healthier.

Okay just one more thing back here and then we're complete, I do need to finish opening the device.

He began to simply adjust the screw, and in the end, Lily achieved a 5cm dialation. The doctor noted that there was actually nothing apparently wrong, and withdrew the device. It made a crazy fart sounds at the end -- lily's whole body turned red.

Oh don't worry Lily.

All will be fine.

Now, a vaginal examination, with hymeanl removal.

The doctor placed his palm on lily's mound and be into exam in the external area.

He then said: internal exam tray please

From the tray, he took two separate metal devices, and said relax and cry if you need to, this will definitely hurt. I will insert one into you and then the other and then I will pull them apart, and in the process destroy your hymen so we can proceed.

The doctor began to prepare and first inserted the upper speculum. This is just a flat blade. Lily looked very surprised, having never had anything in there before, but it wasn't particularly painful. The doctor took the second blade and said okay I will insert this now, and in fact that wasn't very painful.

Okay now we need to take a look.

With both of his hands, the doctor pulled the specula in opposite directions. This immediately tore Lily's hymen, and she began to cry and bleed some.

The other physicians helps clear the blood and then Dr Baker got his favorite toy:

Lily was still bleeding mildly, but he pushed the metal devices into her, and let her know ok, now I open you, for real.
