Dental Visit with Miss Preston

Dr Preston Return’s

Chapter 4 - Dr Preston Returns

Secured tightly in the dental chair, Paul felt a wave of helplessness wash over him as he waited. Arguing with Dr. Preston, even if she was technically a dental nurse, seemed like a it was and is a losing battle. He watched the door with a mixture of apprehension and morbid curiosity, the silence broken only by the hum of the overhead lights.

Suddenly, the sound of wheels squeaking against the floor could be heard coming towards the room. He craned his neck, his gaze landing on Dr. Preston as the door opened fully, and she pushing a large box like item on wheels towards him. It was an anesthesia machine, he realized a monstrous device to Paul with imposing canisters, a dizzying array of dials, gauges and a sinister-looking black rubber nasal nose mask. It looked straight out of a medical science fiction film to him, leaving him breaking into a cold sweat at what was next.

Relief washed over him instantly however, when she positioned the machine a few feet away, near the wall clearly out of reach for immediate use he thought. Still, its presence was a chilling reminder of the potential power that Dr Preston wielded.

Next she pulled over the computer terminal she had pointed at earlier it was an advanced looking LD screen model mounted on a pole that connected to the ceiling. It had a keyboard and mouse below that along with a few other input devices he could make out. Dr. Preston effortlessly maneuvered it beside Paul’s head. She pulled up a stool with a flourish, donned a fresh pair of dark green surgical gloves that now matched her whole green outfit. It made her look even more medical and even more alluring he thought.

Then came the part that made Paul feel even more nervous. With practiced ease Dr Preston hit another button to lowered the chair further until Pauls face was just below her chest now that she was on the stool. Again the vantage point highlighting how large and perky her breast were straining again the green surgical gown and latex apron. A fact that caused Paul to forget his nervousness and feel again a confusing sense of arousal. From this height and angle Dr Preston could lean over Paul with full access to his mouth.

Alright, Paul," Dr. Preston said brightly, her voice a stark contrast to the ominous machine in the corner she had just brought in “Let's take a look at your X-rays and see what kind of work you need."

Despite the predicament he found himself in, Paul couldn't help but be captivated by Dr. Preston's presence. Her confidence and control were undeniable, and there was a hint of playfulness in her eyes that both terrified and intrigued him. He swallowed hard, torn between fear and a strange sense of anticipation as Dr. Preston hit a couple buttons and pulled the X-rays on the screen.

A nervous tremor ran through him, but he couldn't tear his gaze away from the determined set of her green gloved hands manipulating the keyboard. With a click, the overhead lights dimmed slowly. Replaced by the soft glow of the X-rays on the screen bathing Pauls face screens light.

Dr. Preston adjusted her stool, positioning herself directly above Paul's head. She then also adjusted the screen so it extended out and tipped down. He could now see the computer screen above him. A X-ray of Paul’s full mouth was illuminated on the screen. Dr Preston began typing with practiced ease, her gloved fingers flying across the keyboard. Dr Preston pulled a tray of instruments below the screen to be beside Paul’s head. He saw the gleaming metal under the surgical light. Mostly an array of dental picks, probes and couple different mirrors, he saw with a small breath of release. A small dental connection hub was attached just behind the tray, filled with various dental connectors end points. Again thankfully Paul only saw a water pick and air spray connected right now.

Dr. Preston's surgical masked face loomed above him as she adjusted the surgical light to shine brightly down onto Paul’s face. He felt a strange mix of fear and fascination, his heart hammering in his chest. she then reached for a pair of sunglasses, placing them gently on his face to shield his eyes him from the surgical lights glare. “Can you still see the screen Paul?” He could not speak so he simple nodded his head.

“ Excellent” she said clapping her hands in a far too exciting manner.

"Alright, Paul," her voice a low purr that sent shivers down his spine. "Ready to go over everything in detail?" The screen grew brighter, displaying the full x-rays of his teeth in stark detail. As Dr Preston looked at the X-rays and Paul could tell was about to turn and look down at him with those beautiful green eyes. He swallowed hard, a knot of apprehension tightening in his stomach. He was about to face the reality of his neglected teeth, and with Dr. Preston at the helm, he wasn't sure what to expect. But he had a worrying feeling that it would it be far more than just a simple cleaning !
