When we reached Polina's flat, I asked if everything was okay and if she would be okay. She leaned on me and said she could use some help. The alcohol was definitely starting to take its toll on the petite girl and, not wanting to leave her alone, I decided to help. There were slight problems at the door because she couldn't find the keys. After a quick search, I found them in Polina's coat pocket. I opened the door and she and I entered. I asked again if everything was okay and that I would be going back to my house soon. She looked at me meaningfully and said that I was supposed to examine her and that she didn't want to be left alone. It was then that I became convinced that she really wanted it, and that it was not just a momentary, ill-considered declaration.

Just as a few minutes ago I had doubts that Polina would not decide, now I was extremely euphoric. I helped her take off her coat and shoes, then I took off my own and my bomber jacket. She took me to the room (a regular room with a bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table and a desk with a chair). When we entered, she asked if I liked my office or if we were going to the "living room". I chose the living room because there was a large table and a nice hard couch so I could lay my patient there. I helped her sit on the table and asked what was wrong with her. She replied quietly that she felt bad, her stomach and head hurt, and that she hadn't been to the doctor for a long time. I took the stethoscope from her neck and grabbed her wrist to measure her blood pressure. She shuddered slightly and after a while she said that if I needed anything else, I should ask. We stopped and Polina brought a blood pressure monitor, a thermometer, a stick to check the throat and she even had latex gloves.

I helped her sit on the table again and told her that we would start the examination. She smiled and told me not to worry and to examine her as best I could.

It was then that I noticed that Polina was a submissive type of patient.
