It was the championship soccer game, the last of the season and Jane was thriving! It was nearing half time if the game when she slide tackled a player for the ball, but ended up sliding into the other players cleat. It hit her groin area pretty bad and it took her a minute to get up from fetal position on the ground. The whistle was blown and the trainer and coaches came out. The trainer, named Alex, was a younger man in his late 20s and her coaches were both female. Jane was embarrassed. She crouched back down but didn't do as told, bc she didn't feel it was necessary to lay down.

While crouching down the Alex asked about where it hurt and what happened. While doing so he reached his gloved hand towards her crotch to evaluate. Jane gently pushed his hand away and explained that she got hurt from a cleat and may have just a cruise and a little cut down there but that shes fine.

The head coach said" Jane, you let him check you, he's doing his job and we need to know the injuries of our players".

Jane didn't want to be touched down there, especially in public like this on the field with all her teammates and fans in the stadium quietly watching. After explaining this concern, Alex agreed that he was just going to quickly feel her and take a really quick peek at her labia where she possibly got hurt just to make sure it's safe to continue playing.

The coach said: "ok it's this , or you're off the field for the game".

The coaches leaned in to look, and as she noticed this, she looked up behind them and saw that the cameras were filming this brief exam on the mega screen. The other players were standing behind her watching as well. This was just too much to handle. Jane closed her legs and got up and started running. The coaches deliberated with the trainer and agreed that she was ok to keep playing, and they simply left the field without addressing her embarrassment.

She played another 15 minutes and could barely tolerate the pain. Her teammates shared their sympathies over what had just happened. Her injury was noticeably affecting her playing. The half time buzzer went off and she was last off the field. The coaches and trainer waited for her at the side line while the others all went into the locker rooms. She didn't know what they were going to say to her, she started anticipating the worst, and she was right.
