I first met Tina about 2 months ago in the student cafeteria. Tina was a tall, fit girl with beautiful long brown hair and blue eyes. She was 20 years old and worked as a nurse at the student clinic. I was a third-year mechanical engineering student. We instantly liked each other and started seeing each other. On our third date we started talking about healthy lifestyle and she mentioned how important it is to get vaccinated. I politely agreed with her, and then she asked me if all my vaccinations are up to date.

During my childhood I hated getting vaccines and I didn't get any vaccines since I was 10 years old because my parents thought many of the recommended vaccines were unnecesary. However, while I was a teenager I started to fantasize about getting injections and realized that I have an injection fetish. I was always always ashamed of it and never discussed it with anyone. I didn't want Tina to know anything about my fetish so I tried to change the topic: "I got my vaccines as a child, I guess they are up to date. How did you like the movie we watched last time?" However, she continued to ask questions about how old I was, if I got my HPV vaccines etc. I said that I don't remember exactly and tried to change the topic again, but she was resolute: "You have to know that I will not date an anti-vaxxer. If you want to be my boyfriend I will have to make sure that you got your vaccines. Tomorrow I work until 6 PM, so you can come to the clinic after that with your vaccine record. I will be happy to get your shots up to date."

I really liked her so I accepted to come to the clinic. I was also a bit afraid of what might happen if she decides to inject me (e.g. what if I get an erection while she gives me the shots), but I was thinking that she probably won't notice a thing as vaccines are given in the arms. I was also excited as it will be the first time I will be getting injections since I started fantasizing about them. Tina was happy that I accepted her offer and told me: "Don't worry, the shots don't hurt at all. It will be just two or three pinpricks. See you tomorrow!"

For the whole day, I couldn't stop thinking about the shots. Finally, at 6 PM I entered the student clinic. At that time it was already mostly empty and the atmosphere reminded me of my childhood visits to the pediatrician. After a few minutes, Tina came and told me to come in the exam room. "Come in, make yourself comfortable. You can sit on the exam table. The working hours are over so no one will disturb us." She looked very attractive in her tight nurse uniform and mini skirt. I became a bit aroused as I sat on the leather table, watched her and felt the smell of disinfectant. I gave Tina my vaccination record, and she told me: "First you can take off your T-shirt, so I can listen to your heart. Then we will see which vaccines you need." She pressed the stethoscope on my chest and said with a smirky smile: "Your heart rate is more than 100 BPM. I thought you were a brave boy, I told you already that vaccines are nothing to be afraid about. Now take some deep breaths and relax. Do you want me to tell you a secret?" I answered that I do. Tina continued: "I never told this to anyone, but I actually like to get injections. For some reason I like the pain of medicine injected into my muscle, knowing that it is actually good for me." I was surprised but at first I said nothing about my fantasies.

Tina then looked into my vaccination record. She was reading it for a few minutes and her face turned very serious. When she finished she told me with a serious voice: "I thought you might need to start your HPV series plus 1 or 2 booster shots, but you are missing half of your childhood vaccines. I have actually never seen someone missing so many. I counted 8 vaccines you need: Tdap booster, polio, hepatitis A, hepatitis B, meningococcal, HPV, tick-borne encephalitis and flu. Perhaps we could split those vaccines in 2 visits, so you get four today and four in 2 weeks. You will also have to come back after 1 and 6 months for additional doses of polio, hepatitis B and HPV. Do you agree?"

When I heard this, I got even more excited. I was thinking that I finally have the opportunity to get so many injections at once, and decided not to pass it. I said: "Actually, maybe it's better to do all of them right now. I'm a strong boy and I'm sure that I can stand a few shots." Tina tried to dissuade me: "But having that many injections at once can make your arms quite sore and I would have to put at least two of them in your butt. It is really not advisable. Were you not afraid of them just a few minutes ago?" I realized that I have to tell her that I like shots. "You know, Tina, I have to admit something to you. I also like getting shots just as you do, but I was always ashamed and never had the opportunity to get them. Getting so many shots at once is something I fantasized about for years. Can you please give me those injections, I promise to be a good patient." Tina was very surprised. She smiled and said: "If that is the case, I can give them all to you now, but you have to know it will hurt. You can still change your mind, but when I prepare the shots there is no going back." I told her: "I'm sure I want them all now. I hope you know how to make them hurt because I will enjoy the pain. It seems to me that you like to give injections as well."
