Dr. Smith was not judging in any way, and replied that she was glad she made the appointment and was happy to help. The Dr asked what are the nagging issues. Allie replied first that she keeps having issues in her scalp, saying it is itchy and painful in spots. The doctor looked and was able to immediately know what was wrong. Dermatitis was the diagnosis, the doctor confidently said. It is very common and easily cured with a topical steroid treatment. If you apply it twice a day, it should go away in 1-2 weeks. Dr. Smith asked about Allies periods. They are relatively normal was the reply. How many pads or tampons do you use per day?
