"we're going to be adding some stimulation to your muscle Mr Jones. This therapy is excellent for Levator Ani syndrome as it will help to teach your over tight muscles to relax and hopefully ease the pain that is caused by the muscle spasms. It's a unusual sensation that takes some getting used to. You might find it a little uncomfortable at first but it shouldn't hurt. Some patients start to enjoy it."

Between the blades of the speculum, I find an exposed area of your anus and tap the wand once. Your muscle immediately contracts fiercely and you moan loudly as the current causes an intense ripple of sensation inside your bottom. "Relax, Mr Jones. Another shock coming now...."

I tap the wand once more. It feels very much like there's a heavy thudding sensation from inside you but then when the current is removed, a pleasurable warmth seems to develop and it seems easier for you to adjust to the stretch of the speculum. I pass the wand to Amy. It's mortifying that you now have both of us staring into your spread and exposed anus.

I pick up a second probe. Amy and I take turns in slowly applying current to your bottom hole. Each time the probe is applied, you groan loudly, reacting to the artificial convulsion your muscle makes as it jumps under the touch of each of our metal wands. The sensation is intense and pleasurable at the same time but you know that as the current ceases, your inner muscles will relax again and then the speculum will be opened a little wider. You start to beg and plead with us.

"no more, please... I can't take the stretch."

Each time I console you, speaking softly and gently and rubbing your bottom with my gloved hands. Amy also follows my lead. She is developing excellent nursing skills and her ability to relax a tense and nervous patient is really coming on.

"Just relax Mr Jones... You're doing brilliantly. Just a little bit wider...." She purrs huskily as she turns the speculum screw.

You whimper as once again, you feel the increased stretch when the speculum opens wider. You are helpless and restrained. You know there is nothing you can do apart from endure this.....
