A few minutes later had passed since the door had finally closed again, myself and Mark had surreally found ourselves making small talk about the weather and our respective plans for the coming weekend when we both noticed a short, bald fat man arriving at reception and asking to speak with Dr. Schiffman. The receptionist greeted him in a warm manner which suggested he was known to the staff at the clinic. We heard the receptionist telling him that she would check with the doctor if he was free before heading for examination room 1 and knocking on the door. I couldn't help feel sorry for Beth the way the staff kept intruding on her examination, at least this time the receptionist held the door closed enough to shield the view inside the room from everyone apart from her, although she was undoubtedly getting an eyeful of whatever the doctor was doing.

"What? Oh yes, just send him down. Oh and dispose of this would you?", we heard the doctor saying.

The receptionist closed the door, now holding Beth's paper drape! I'd naturally assumed that Beth's examination was complete and she had finally been allowed to get dressed again. How wrong I was was only made obvious as the salesman came down and knocked on the door to examination room 1. As the door opened we were all stunned to see Beth bent over the table, now barefoot and still completely unclothed, legs spread as wide as possible as the doctor slid a gloved finger into her bare ass! Beth gasped and looked around as she noticed the intrusion but the doctor merely gently pushed her head back down into the examination couch cushion as he started to talk to the salesman, whose eyes had nearly bulged out of his head as he took in the view in front of him.

A few moments later we heard a commotion at reception as the nurse reprimanded the receptionist for letting the salesman enter an examination room whilst the doctor was examining a patient. The nurse hurriedly made her way over to examination room 1 to get the salesman out. What we saw as she opened the door shocked us. The doctor and salesman were chatting as the doctor was peeling some disposable latex gloves from his hands, having obviously by Beth's position on her back, legs slightly open, having just completed Beth's vaginal exam. Beth was making no attempt to cover up, merely spreading her legs slightly and glaring at the two men, daring them to look at her obscene nakedness.
