A painful and unusual treatment
Part four
Several enemas later, Amy and I are ready to begin the next phase of your treatment. Once again, you are positioned, kneeling on the platform at the end of the examination table. This time however, the position has been changed slightly so that your bottom is angled much higher and your legs are open wider.
Under my supervision, Amy is busy fitting thick leather restraints to the treatment couch and I help her fasten the heavy duty buckles, securing them tightly around your upper thighs.
Your upper body is supported across the bed and your arms are folded above your head. Further straps are secured around your biceps using the same soft padded leather. It is impossible for you to get up from the table now.
"Why am I being strapped down?" You ask, your fear is now obvious and there is a noticeable tremor in your voice.
I gently rub your back soothingly and speak softly, the way a mother would calm a terrified child.
"Please don't worry Mr Jones, it's for your safety. This is a very precise treatment and if you move, you might injure yourself. This is just to stop that from happening so that the treatment goes ahead without any hitches. Please try to relax."
At the side of the examination table I have placed a trolley which is covered with a white sheet. I never allow my patients to view the trolley until they are properly restrained, and for good reason. Many patients become so nervous with this treatment that they refuse to continue and leave the hospital which is catastrophic to their health and healing.
That will not be happening to you however; You will not be going anywhere!
All you can do is wait, with nervous apprehension, to discover the full extent of what will be happening next.
Wish to read what will happen
Wish I were the patient.
