There was a knock on the door, which made Belinda startle slightly. Then the door opened and Dr. Merkle came in, followed by Ms. Inghofer, who immediately closed the door behind herself. Belinda estimated the doctor to be in his mid-50s. He had gray hair and was also wearing white pants and a burgundy polo shirt. He had a black Littmann stethoscope slung over his shoulder.

"Good afternoon! I am Dr. Merkle, nice to meet you.”, the doctor said in a pleasant voice to Belinda, who was sitting on the examination table in only her underwear, and shook her hand in greeting.

"Hi! My name is Belinda Meyer.”

"I am pleased to meet you Belinda. Are you alright?”

"I'm fine Doctor… thank you.", Belinda said nervously.

"I like to hear that."

Dr Merkle sat down on the stool that was next to the examination table and rolled over to his desk, where Belinda's patient file was lying.

-At least he seems likeable at first glance-, she thought of Dr. Merkle.

“Belinda Meyer, 18 years young. Aha. So you are still a student?"

“Yes, I go to the local high school here."

"Okay Belinda. You are here today for a sports medical check-up, is that correct?”

"Yes. I need a certificate for the school so that I can take part in the sporting events there.”

Dr Merkle nodded in confirmation.

“The results of the preliminary examinations are all well. Do you have any questions to me before we start with the physial examination?”

"Uh... no. Not at the moment."

-I would like to ask if he really wants to look at my boobs and if that part could maybe left out, but I'm kind of afraid to ask.-

"Good. If you think about something or if you want to ask something, don't hesitate to interrupt me and feel free to ask."

Belinda nodded.

-Well, that already happened, but… I´m to nervous to ask...-

"Okay, then we will start right away and take a closer look at you."

Dr. Merkle picked up an otoscope, a reflex hammer and a small wooden spatula from the desk and rolled his stool directly in front of Belinda, while Ms. Inghofer sat down at the desk and began studying Belinda's patient file. Dr. Merkle placed the reflex hammer and the wooden spatula on the examination table next to his patient and first picked up the otoscope.

"So. First I will look at your eyes. Please keep your head straight and follow the light with your eyes for me.”, he instructed Belinda, which she immediately followed.

-Oh dear. A very strange feeling to sit half naked in front of a strange man.-, she thought.

"Now please turn your head to the left side so that I can take a good look at your ear."

Belinda turned her head to the left and the doctor examined her right ear. He repeated the same with her left ear. When he was done, he picked up the small wooden spatula again.

"Please open your mouth and say 'Aaaaah' for me."

Belinda opened her mouth and a loud "Aaaaah" came out of her while Dr. Merkle pressed her tongue down with the wooden spatula and lit her throat with the otoscope in his other hand. After that he threw away the wooden spatula and placed the otoscope on the examination table next to Belinda.

"Good. Now please stretch your neck a bit so that I can feel your lymph nodes properly.”

He now carefully felt the young lady's neck for abnormalities.

-He has such nice warm hands.-, Belinda felt his comfortable fingers on her neck.

"Alright. I'm going to test your reflexes now. So please don't be scared if your leg is about to jump forward."

He now took the reflex hammer from the examination table and tapped Belinda's knees, which then jumped forward.

"Very nice.", said Dr. Merkle.

Next he took his black colored stethoscope from his shoulder.

-Oh dear! Now he will auscultate me! I hope he doesn't listen to my chest for too long. I'm sure he will hear and recognize that I'm very excited.-

“Soooo. What kind of sport did you actually register for at school?”

“For volleyball. I would like to join our school’s women’s team there.”

"Ah yes. It's a very nice sport. I always loved playing that too when I was young.”, said Dr. Merkle and tried to loosen up Belinda a bit.

"Okay Belinda. I will now listen to your heart and lung thoroughly and ask you to breathe in and out deeply. Please turn slightly to the right, then I will listen to your lung in the back first.”

Dr Merkle got up from his stool and put the two eartips of his stethoscope in his ears while Belinda turned to the side. Then he placed the stethoscope on Belinda's back.

"Take a deep breath for me. And exhale. Breathe in. And out again. In. And out."

Belinda's breasts rose and fell with each inhalation and exhalation as Dr. Merkle listened carefully to her back.

"You're doing well. Keep breathing."

To get to the places behind the fabric of Belinda's bra, he pushed it aside with his free left hand and then placed the diaphragm of the stethoscope underneath.
