Sara's mandatory physical exam for therapy treatment program

This is a fictional story/ fantasy about Sara who has to get a mandatory physical exam in order to update her treatment plan in psychotherapy. Her therapist ends up having a larger influence in the physical exam procedures than she realizes. sara ends up going straight to a residential treatment program. There, she is humiliated and examined all for her own good. She must have this therapy to get better. She feels trapped by what is happening and at the same time feels guilty for being pleasured.
